Description of project: If the student gets in trouble they are signed up to the PASS program. Eight-hour program for students who have violated student code of conduct. Four sessions/three-day program. Both parents and students must attend.

Why you chose it: They wanted to keep the distribution at a local area, to support local efforts to reduce underage drinking.
